Our clinic offers a full range of chiropractic services, including neuromuscular re-education and spinal rehabilitation. We provide gentle chiropractic adjustments, physical therapy modalities and exercise consultation.

New Patients
On your first visit, you will complete some health history forms and meet in consultation with Dr. Herb Oliver to review your health history and your current problems causing you to seek chiropractic care.
Your initial visit will include a spinal examination to assess orthopedic and neurological problems. If needed, x-rays or other diagnostic tests will be performed. We will then develop a specialized treatment plan designed to help you overcome a painful condition and restore your normal spinal and physical function. If we don't feel that your condition will respond to chiropractic care, we will refer you to the appropriate specialist.
Online Forms
Oliver Chiropractic offers our patient forms online so you can complete them in the convenience of your own home or office. Download the necessary forms, print them out, and fill in the required information. Fax us your completed forms or bring them with you to your appointment.

Injuries from Auto Accidents are typically covered 100% through PIP or 3rd party insurance coverage. Authorized on the job injuries are typically covered 100%.
